      Hi Sabrina, not at all! Once the bottle is open, the CORKCICLE can take over keeping the wine cool on the table so you don’t have to deal with an ice bucket.

    I do have one problem with this item; the wine I prefer is rarely around long enough to get warm. Are there any other uses for this handy gadget?
