I decided to try G.M. Collin Intensive Exfoliating Gel because I was getting dry flaky skin in the winter and my complexion was looking dull and lacking its natural glow. I have tried other drug store exfoliators but found the creams with microbeads in it to be messy and did not work as well as I had hoped.

I went to a spa and they carried the G.M. Collin line so I decided to purchase the Intensive Exfoliating Gel in the hopes that I could get results when I tried it out at home.

G.M. Collin has an entire skincare line and they strongly suggest that you use the products in their line together. I only purchased the G.M Collin Intensive Exfoliating Gel because I am otherwise loyal to the Oil of Olay Regenerist line. I found that, even though I used this product once a week with my other Oil of Olay Regenerist products, the results were significant.

I tried a couple other exfoliators, one was the St. Ives Apricot Facial Scrub, which was a cleanser with microbeads that should exfoliate your skin while it cleans. I found that this product did work in terms of exfoliation, but my skin felt tight afterward, as though there was a film on top of my skin or the product was very drying.

I LOVE the results of the G.M. Collins Intensive Exfoliating Gel product. First of all, the consistency of the product is literally like a gel (no microbeads) and you put it on your cleansed face, leaving it on for up to 10 minutes) and then you wash it off.

My skin felt squeaky clean, no irritation, no dryness and it looked luminous after the use of G.M. Collin Intensive Exfoliating Gel. I received several compliments on how my skin looked radiant and you can actually see the difference in photos that are taken the nights after I have used this product versus the nights when I have not.

Although G.M. Collin Intensive Exfoliating Gel is more costly than other drugstore brand exfoliators, I will be re-buying this product when I run out. A little amount of this product (quarter-sized amount) goes a long way and the results speak for themselves.
