When the microfibre pad dried somewhat it became very difficult to move it around the floors. I had to rinse the pad out frequently and respray with hardwood floor cleaner to keep it working easily. My bottom line - steam cleaning is great but they need a better vehicle to deliver the cleaning. Way too flimsy. These mops are too expensive to have them break down so soon. The handle should have and could have been made much sturdier. Fortunately I had purchased it at Costco. They refunded my money and commented that they had received a few others back for the same reason.
